How to request data deletion

Updated August 6, 2026

Option 1 — Ask us

Contact us through the contact page (or email support) with the account or content you want deleted. We verify the request, delete the data from the platform, and confirm when it is done.

Option 2 — Revoke access in your platform settings

If Brolly is connected to your social media account and you want that to stop, you can revoke Brolly's access directly in the platform's settings — for example, in Facebook or Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Brolly. Capture from that account stops immediately.

What gets deleted

On a verified request we delete the personal data we hold about you — account details and, where applicable, captured content — from the live platform and, on their cycle, from backups.

Legal retention exceptions

Some records cannot be deleted on request: where a Brolly customer is legally required to retain them (for example under public records or financial recordkeeping laws), deletion requests must be directed to that organization, which controls its records. We will tell you when that applies and point you to the right records custodian.
